3. About Customize Logo or Package

Over 1000 pcs ,we can print One color logo in only one position .Over 3000 pcs ,we can do customerlized packing box .

For speaker ,if you want to do your own color product ,pls make sure the QTY will be 2000 pcs /each color.if depend our present color ,MOQ1000pcs/one color

Once you confirm the order and payment ,pls send us your logo AI document ,and make sure the color number of LOGO.and we will send u the packing AI document, u can do your own design or we help u design .

4. How Can the Products Be Sent To us?
For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, sent usually by courier.
For orders from 20 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by Sea container.

Order shipping u can use our forwarder or yours forwarder .by air or by sea or by express ,u can confirm which way will be suit for u  .If u want to use our forwarder ,ship cost will send with goods cost together . 

5. What"s the Warranty of Your Products?
One year free warranty ,but you must pay for the shippment fee.

6. How Can We Become Your Sole Distributor?
If you can sell our products USD5,000 to USD20,000 per month, you could be one of our distributor in your city or area; If you can sell our products worth more than USD30,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in the country.

7. How Can I Place an Order?
Order email :info@sygama.com Please send us your purchase order by email . Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice with bank details for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )
* Forwarder"s contact details ( in China or Hong Kong, need this info when freight collected )
